The selection is excellent and I found so really hard to find pieces that have been searching for in my area for quite some time. My order came yesterday and everything was great. They were pretty knowledgeable for the lighting questions I had as well
This is my response to the owners response. It’s not really nice to lie. I was on the phone with you about 10 minutes and about 30 minutes with your co-worker and neither of you resolved the issue. I was asking about the Loyalty program because it did not work no matter what day I tried to use it. You, the owner, tried to make me feel stupid and argumentative. I am neither. You told me that you were very busy and had several other things to do that day. You were very reluctant to talk with me on the phone. I had to remind you that I was a customer. Your co-worker gave me the response of making an order to the exact second to get the discount. I asked her several times over if this was correct and she said yes. I started to laugh when she said to the exact second. I asked if other customers had a problem with this kind of program and she said, “no.” I said, “I doubt that.” She said, “have a blessed day,” and I said, “have a great Mother’s Day.” That was it and the conversation ended unresolved. You told me your name is Melanie Prough. You have put in your own “review” for your own company rating yourself with 5 stars. This is deceptive. Ratings come from customers, not the owner.
Horrible business practices. If they don't have what you ordered they'll send you something in its place and then charge you to return it. I've NEVER had this experience with a miniature store. Normally, if something is not available you'll get a backorder notice or the option to cancel. Not with these people. They'll send you whatever they have and make you pay the return shipping. They even try to qualify it by stating, "something you get the wrong color or an item doesn't fit. . . return it for an in store credit and you pay the return shipping." How awful can you be.
I love the fact that not only can I find everything that I want for miniatures but, Casey has gone out of her way to make recommendations when she comes across similar items to my previous purchases. It's a rare business to find with this kind of outstanding customer service these days! Thank you again!
This is one messed up company. Their customer service is bad. Their loyalty program does not work. They wiggle out of their promises by blaming it on their computer program. I ordered 3 times with this company. Each time, trying to get a discount through their “loyalty program.” Every time they said I had missed the day to reorder to get the discount. Finally, I tried to pin them down to the day that I could get my 10% discount. On May 8th I ordered $347.93 of miniatures. I called and asked when I could re-order to get the discount. She, customer service, said I had to reorder on June 9th, at exactly 4:38, and 24 seconds “to the second” to get my discount - or their computer program would not recognize the discount. Does this mean if my clock is 1 second off of their clock I’m not eligible for the discount? This is misleading and fraudulent, and no way to run a company. They make it very hard to get a discount. What kind of stupid is this?
Don't do business with these people. I ordered a dollhouse miniature camera and due to their clunky website it transferred the city for my billing address to my shipping address. I didn't catch it until they confirmed the order and they told me - too late it was already shipped. Eventually it wound up going back to them whereupon they refunded my purchase LESS 20% RESTOCKING FEE!!!!! So I got $8.80 back for my $14.98 investment. I take credit for not checking the address more carefully but you would think they could at least refund the entire purchase price given that I had lost the shipping. Think I'm going to reorder it OR buy anything else from these bunch of crooks? Do some research and buy what you need from someone else.
