I called to ask a simple question about a fee I was being charged after moving out of state and having a "lapse of insurance" ... I am happy to pay the fee and understand why it occurred but there is no reason to speak to me as if I am stupid when asking for simple clarification as to whether the fee and a certain form needed to be filled out or if just the form was needed.
Very rude and when I started with the supervisor I went to explain my situation again and she cut me off my sentence. That is very unprofessional and rude. Throughout the conversation she kept telling me she was sorry I coudlnt comprehend anything she was saying. Also rude and in turn telling me I'm stupid. At the end of the conversation I asked for what the supporting documentation was and a paragraph number so it would be easy for me to look up. She promptly said no, and told me to look it up myself. I could be wrong but that's her job. Very unproffessional all 4 times my wife went in and over the phone with me.

Older black lady that worked the license and registration was ana absolute rude person after telling me that I didn't have the forms she asked for to prove my residence I asked if there was anything else I could use and she cut me off and told me I already told you I need this form. Because apparently I can prove that I live in Georgia with a tax exemption form. Worst dmv I have ever dealt with.
